Our Materials
At Maison Rossano, material selection is a deliberate process. We work exclusively with Italian leathers and suedes selected for their grain depth, exceptional softness, and longevity, ensuring comfort and structure from the first wear.
Product Care
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Apply a premium specialist leather conditioner periodically to maintain the natural texture and moisture of the calfskin. Store in a cool, dry place inside their dust bags, using cedar shoe trees to preserve the shape.

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping, with all international handling fees, customs duties, and border taxes fully prepaid.
Because each item is built to order, please allow five to six weeks for production before your pair is shipped.

Made by hand, one at a time
Every Rossano pair is built in Le Marche, the Italian region that has remained the global epicentre of fine shoemaking for over a century. We share the same geographic terroir and rigorous technical standards as the historic houses, operating directly from our workshop to your hands.
There is no assembly line here. Full grain Italian leather is hand cut and lasted in a small workshop, completed entirely by hand.

Where the money goes
Every detail is a choice.
Full grain Italian calfskin
The strongest, most breathable outer layer of the hide, sourced from independent Italian tanneries chosen for their technical expertise, not their volume. It does not crack or peel, it absorbs oil and care products to develop a rich patina over time. A shoe built to be kept, not replaced.
Stitched, never glued
Our loafers are Blake stitched directly through the leather sole, ensuring flexibility and a sleek silhouette. Our sneakers use a reinforced stitched cupsole, while the Santo is a true hand formed Italian moccasin construction.
Hand burnished leather
Leather soles, trimmed, shaped, and burnished by hand in our workshop. The Blake stitch construction means the sole can be replaced by any master cobbler when the time comes, keeping the shoes in your wardrobe for years. The insole is branded Rossano, Made in Italy.
100% Montegranaro
Designed, cut, lasted, and assembled in Le Marche, the region behind the most respected names in men's footwear. The Made in Italy stamp on our soles is a certification of origin, not a label added at the final stage.

Shipped worldwide, tracked and insured. All duties and local taxes are prepaid by our atelier, leaving nothing to settle on arrival.

Your size is confirmed with you before a single piece is cut. If the fit is wrong when your pair arrives, we adjust or remake it at no cost: the pair comes back to us, and we make it right. In the rare case a remade pair still does not fit, we refund you in full.

Frequently asked questions
How long will I wait for my pair?
Production requires five to six weeks because we do not maintain pre made stock. Your shoes are built from scratch after your order is confirmed, followed by tracked delivery. We will provide updates on their progress.
What if the size is incorrect?
We confirm your size with you before anything is cut. If the fit is still wrong on arrival, send the pair back and we adjust or remake it at no cost. If a remade pair still does not fit, we refund you in full.
Will I have to pay international customs or import duties?
No. All international duties, handling fees, and local taxes are fully prepaid by Maison Rossano. The price stated at checkout is final.
Are these shoes made by the same workshops as major designer brands?
They are built in Le Marche, using the same regional expertise and generational artisan traditions as the historic luxury houses. By operating directly from the workshop, we focus investment on materials rather than retail storefronts.
Can I return a made to order pair if I change my mind?
Each pair is made to order for one person, so we cannot take it back into stock. Within 14 days of delivery we offer an exchange or store credit toward another pair. For any quality or fitting issue, we adjust or remake the pair at no cost, and refund you in full if a remade pair still does not fit.
