Measuring your foot
Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure the distance from the edge of the paper to the mark in centimetres. Measure in the late afternoon, feet are largest then.

Before anything is cut
We confirm your size with you before production starts. If the fit is still wrong on arrival, send the pair back and we adjust or remake it at no cost. If a remade pair still does not fit, we refund you in full.
